Mini Grants Announced

Congratulations to the following organizations! In November, the WHC awarded $13,241 in mini-grants to the following seven organizations for their outstanding humanities projects.

$2,000 to Clinton Public Library for Descendents of Wonder Women: Celebrating Women.

$2,000 to River Falls Public Library for Key Ingredients: America by Food - River Falls Public Library.

$2,000 to UW Cinematheque of Madison for Sandra Schulberg presents NUREMBERG.

$2,000 to UW-Milwaukee School of Continuing Education for Community Dialogue on a Hmong Family Memoir: Discussions and Events with Kao Kalia Yang.

$2,000 to What We Need Is Here of Hudson for Food for Thought: The Ethics of Eating.

$1,988 to New Berlin Public Library for Food: What's In It for You?

$1,253 to L.D. Fargo Public Library of Lake Mills for Pulitzer Prize Winners for Fiction Over the Past 5 Decades.
